Q What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, cheque, FAST transfer and major credit cards. All of our products are priced in Singapore Dollars.

Q How long will it take to confirm my payment?

For bank transfer, we need you to submit the following information to for us to confirm the payment: a screen shot for the transfer, your registered name or address, your bank account, transferred amount, and order number. Once we’ve confirmed the payment, we will send you a confirmation email.


Q When will my order be delivered?

We operate on a build-to-order model and our builders work day and night to prepare our customers’ mining rigs. Typical delivery times are a week after order confirmation and payment receipt.

Q How can I contact customer service?

We are looking to provide real-time chat support services soon but for now please send emails to or call +65 8816 3404 if you need help. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 2 pm to 8 pm Singapore Time (GMT+8). We are also reachable on Facebook Messenger.


Q Can I return the mining rig?

Return of goods and refunds are not available. Do note of the warranties that cover their respective parts, warranty periods range from 3 to 5 years.

Q Can I get a refund after placing an order?

All sales are final and refunds are not available. Should special circumstances happen that warrant a refund, please contact our customer service. Miner Maestros reserves the right to determine the awarding of any refund.

Q Help, my rig is faulty!

If your rig is faulty in any way, we will troubleshoot by remotely accessing your mining rig via TeamViewer. Should we need to physically inspect it/change parts, if the period is within the first month of purchasing, we will collect it back from you. If it is after 1 month, customers are required to bring it back to our office.


Q How can I start mining?
